With Winter Behind Us We Can Only Move Forward

With the wettest winter in 12 years it is hard to keep a course with a very heavy clay base "DRY". Its is alot different to these Sandbelt courses that dry quickly. Water has been a big issue for the past 10 years on golf courses with the drought, you soon forget what its like to get a very wet winter. With an extra 200mm of rain in the first 6 months of 2010 than 2009 we knew it was going to get wet. The ground staff did everything in there power to create a good playing surface for the everyday golfer, but at the end of the day you can't beat mother nature, you just have to work with her. Currently to date we have already past our 2009 rainfall total. 2010 rainfall currently reads 682mm of rain fallen on the course.

With the winter behind us what better way to spend your time than to dust off those sticks and get out there.
Midweek currently $45 easy to get on. Weekends $50 but filling up fast. Ring the
Proshop for bookings 97533200 all other course work will be updated shortly.
